MOUTIERS DES FÉES

  • Le-moutier-des-fees-la-bresse-1

The origin of the name "Mottei des Fées" comes from the Lorraine dialect and means "the church of the Fairies". Located on the ridge west of the Col de Grosse-Pierre, the rocks of Moutier des Fées evoke the shape of an old church, with nearby rock formations called "la sacristie".

According to legend, this is where fairies used to gather to dance. Today, this picturesque site is a popular climbing spot, attracting adventure and nature lovers.
