Between 464 and 1050 m altitude, Saulxures-sur-Moselotte is nestled in an unspoilt mountain setting. It offers a 23-hectare leisure park with a lake, mountain bike trails, footpaths and a 25-km multi-activity trail, the Voie Verte.

It's also home to the Musée dubois, with a phenomenal array of old tools, vintage machinery and a hydraulic blast furnace. Numerous events are offered all year round.
