Commune de Cornimont
Cornimont is a ‘nature commune’ and a green resort, a haven of peace just a stone's throw from La Bresse. Don't miss out on a visit to two extraordinary gardens: the Panrées* garden at altitude and the Bonnegoutte garden in a former quarry. A visit to the 1001 racines museum is a must for anyone interested in unusual art. This unusual museum is the work of woodcarver Michel l'enchanteur, a native of Cornimont, also known as the ‘Vosges horseman’. Finally, you can make the most of your stay by walking the 130 km or so of footpaths marked out by the local section of the Club Vosgien and admiring the magnificent views. Culture, tranquillity and nature are the watchwords of this Vosges village with its rich textile past. *The Panrées garden has been awarded the ‘remarkable garden’ label by the French Ministry of Culture.
