Cobra is an international artistic movement founded in 1948 by poets
And artists of three nationalities: Belgian, Dutch and Danish.

An emblematic photo club established in Epinal since 1906, Noir et Couleur brings together amateur photographers every year, eager to learn photography, how to handle their digital cameras and have a playful approach to processing software...

These enthusiasts are offering a panel of photos in black and white but also in color through a new exhibition at the Maison de la Bresse, where they're a regular fixture. A light-hearted end to spring.....
