Aqua-Rando (canyoning) - Verticales Vosges
Take a bath in pure water in the waterfalls and torrents of the Vosges mountains thanks to canyoning! This fun and refreshing activity accessible to all will delight nature-loving families.
For this activity we suggest you immerse yourself in the middle of the canyon, a mountain torrent formed by a succession of waterfalls. You will discover this preserved environment using abseiling techniques, jumping into the basins, sliding on natural slides and swimming.
Practical information: Canyoning is accessible even to beginners, from 8 years old (accompanied by an adult and from 1m30). This activity requires knowing how to swim, it is recommended to be comfortable in the water. Jumps are not compulsory. Our courses go down to the 1/2 day about 1h30 to 2h00 of descent. The instructor adapts the course according to the level of the group. Group of 8 people for 1 guide.
The meeting point is 40 km from La Bresse in the town of Plancher les Mines 70290. From Le Thillot, take the Col des Croix, at the pass, take the departmental road D16 to the parking lot of the Cascade de la Goutte des willows.

The equipment is provided: Adjustable helmet, harness, lanyard, carabiners and 5 mm neoprene wetsuit.
What you need to bring:
- A bathing suit (for men, perhaps avoid swimming shorts which crease under the wetsuit and which can hurt in the long run).
- For the girls and the hairy ones, remember to take something to tie your hair!
- A good pair of slip-on and lace-up trainers to go in the water (the velcros come off and you lose the shoes…), bathing shoes prohibited.
- A change of clothes and shoes (it's better for driving on the way back).
- A cord for spectacle wearers (otherwise you risk missing part of the show).
